Finally I got my first turkey cooked by myself a week before Christmas. It was juicy, tender and moist. The taste my hubby said "it's delicious, the best I've ever had". I felt so happy to hear such a praise. I cooked the turkey taken from Martha Steward's recipe which I modified with Emeril's recipe. I got the stuffings' recipe also from Emeril's show in food tv. Well, the secret to make it moist & tender is to brine, yeah you have to brine the turkey all night long. It's good to have a new experience of cooking something you never gave a try, isn't it??
