Right now I feel a little bit suffered not to eat really well but the soft and tender one. Yeahh, yesterday was my scary adventure again to the dentist. There are several weeks to go to healing my gum disease. Doctor said it might be caused by some factors, including genetic problem, hormonal changes or poor dental home care.
Well, it's not that too bad in fact!!
I just say it in hyperbola. *grin*

From now on, I should listen to The Tooth Fairy:

Be true to your teeth or they'll be false to you!
The Useful Oral Hygiene Tips :
o Brush your teeth twice a day for at least 5 minutes.
o Use a soft brush and replace it promptly when it's worn.
o Try a Rotodent toothbrush to help massage gums better.
o Floss your teeth every day. A hydrofloss that flosses with water does a better job than regular floss.
o A Sonicare toothbrush goes 5 mm below the gum line to flush out bacteria and food particles a regular toothbrush can't reach. Experience the difference with this instrument.
o To alleviate bad breath use a tongue scraper and Oxyfresh toothpaste and mouth rinse.
o Visit your friendly dentist every three or six months for cleaning and dental exam.
