Dealing With Paperwork

I lost my nerve while reading a notice letter from INS to re-do one of their paperwork procedures for the third times now. Yeah, I must say that dealing with government bureaucracy everywhere, local or abroad, ranks at the top of my most-hated list. It's so overwhelming why they work with slow rhythm and not straight in the track. You know what I mean? ..supposed directly to get to A as the destination but they go through B,C,D,E,F to reach A. Uuugh.. what can I do? Is anybody out there interested being a volunteer to reform the way they work?


Oh well, I try to get calm by following this way:
1. Stay positive
2. Think ahead
3. Don't panic
