NEW YORK -- May 10, 2005 -- For the first time in the history of NBC's "The Apprentice," Donald Trump will be hiring a female as Tana and Kendra continue their quest and enter the boardroom for the first time on the penultimate episode of NBC's "The Apprentice". The episode ends in a dramatic cliffhanger paving the way for the final showdown broadcasting live from NYU's Skirball Center for the Performing Arts (May 19, 9-10pm ET).

Yayyy..She did it, she did it! Oh, yeah Kendra finally got the magic words "You're hired!" from Trump. I am so happy the person with good attitude has won this competition. Well, I have to admit the truth that both Kendra & Tana were good in doing the tasks despite what personality they have. Therefore, I would say they had win-win position in this case. That's why I prefer to look deep into their inner beauty other than their skills which I can tell Kendra is better than Tania. The way they handled the final task proved my personal analysis regardless they finished the project with success. Tana showed and got no respect for and from her employees. She didn't tell the truth about her teammates performance and she talked bad about them behind their back just like a back stabber. Isn't that too wicked?? She is so fake!!


On the other hand, Kendra gave supports and feedback to the teamwork. She has creativity, she is able to control herself to work under pressure, she is well-educated, and she is outspoken (she talked whatever she found the truth). On and on, she has good leadership. Viva Kendra victory!!
