A Walking Mannequin

Tuesday, August 30, 2005

People looked at us strangely when we were standing and walking along the corridor of metro. Some said "ooh you are so sweet", "how pretty", "you look like a walking mall". Yeah, it's so embarrassing the other day we dressed up too elaborately to attend someone's invitation which it's said intensely as an exclusive dinner party. How disappointed we were to find the party was just like a free-public party or a night market in term of my own mean word. Aargh... I felt like a Cinderella losing the castle. Meaning that Cinderella with her gorgeous gown was supposed to go to the castle instead of going to the open-crowded-market.

Now I completely understand that somebody has used us for her/his personal interest. Too bad, in my vision I think I'm not longer able to get along with that wacky-weird-person. Who on the earth do you think you are?

Let's move on from my upset.. Enjoy my Bitterballen (kroket)!

Ps. "walking mall" word here is hyperbolic to stress our overdress. You know, the mall sells everything for fashion like fancy clothes, jewelry, make-up, etc.
